OPEN GYM

 

 

 

If you are enrolled in a tumbling or parkour class, an open gym session is included in your tuition. At open gym each athlete will be required to complete his/her open gym workout before working on their skill set.  This workout is tailored to help the athlete progress more quickly and to reinforce the muscle groups and body movements trained in their classes. 

For each class the student is enrolled in, they are granted an open gym session.

You may pick any of the following times to attend open gym.

Please note that on Saturday and Sunday our open gyms are split by age. If you have further questions regarding open gym please email us.  In an effort to adhere to safely standards for the gym, Please do not bring large groups (more than 5 students)  to open gym.  If you want special accommodations for your group,  please look at our page for private parties or call the office at 678-489-6535, Monday - Friday 4pm-8pm.
